Level 2 Home Survey
Best for conventional properties that appear to be in reasonable condition. It gives a clear overview, condition ratings and comments on significant visible defects.
View Level 2Level 3 Building Survey
More detailed and usually better for older, altered, extended, unusual or visibly defective properties. It gives greater commentary on defects, risks, repair priorities and maintenance.
View Level 3This tool provides general guidance only. The appropriate survey level depends on the property, condition, construction, access and your requirements.
